At Adroit USA, quality checks at every stage are incorporated into the process which is highly streamlined.

Once the Purchase Order is received, the raw materials are procured and immediately subjected to Inward Inspection. Defectless materials are forwarded to the next stage of Molding. Based on the quality check, the parts are then sent for recycling.

The subsequent processes include Processing Injection / Blow Molding and Secondary Operations / Assembly, after which an In-Process Inspection is carried out.

A comprehensive Final Inspection ensures that all the parameters are met satisfactorily. The products are then packaged and made ready for dispatch.
